ANALISIS KEUNGGULAN KOMPARATIF DAN KOMPETITIF USAHATANI UBI KAYU DI KECAMATAN BLAMBANGAN PAGAR KABUPATEN LAMPUNG UTARA

This study aims to analyze the comparative and competitive advantages of two varieties cassava, determine sensitivity due changes in output prices, production volumes, input prices cassava farming Blambangan Pagar Sub-district North Lampung Regency. research is a survey involving 50 farmers who were selected intentionally consisting 25 Cassesart Thailand varieties. To answer these objectives, uses PAM analysis (Policy Analysis Matrix). The results showed that variety (UJ-5) had DRCR value 0,15 PCR 0,46 so it was more than (UJ-3) which 0f 0,18 0,57. If there decrease price for by 4,93% 5,32%, volume 4,70%, an increase (Urea fertilizer 21,32%, SP-36 34,40%, NPK Phonska 54,01%) removal subsidies government, insensitive, therefore, despite volume, inputs, still has edge.
